Price increase

Yes, we have increased our prices. For the first time since November 2018.

Minus the rental percentage, all proceeds from this price increase will go into the pockets of our staff members.

Corona is also a burning glass and has highlighted how fatal low wages are. We want to gradually move our workforce out of the low-wage range. That's why we're adjusting our wages by nearly 12% by July 2022, compared to the December 31, 2020 level.

Already, our minimum wage is €11.29 compared with the minimum wage, which will rise to €9.60 on July 1, 2021. In a year's time, it is expected to increase by another euro per hour at our company. Currently, less than a third of our permanent staff receive only the minimum wage.

Fair pay for good work, however, is only possible with sufficient earnings.

By the way:

There is no question that women should receive the same pay for the same work.

But do women also have the same work? Mostly not, but they work in areas that are generally paid less.

In our country, the average wage of all women is 87 cents and thus 6.52% higher than the average wage of all men.

There you go, and the West has not perished.
